Shipping policy

Tracking numbers will be sent once they are scanned at the Canadapost sorting facility not when you receive an e-mail stating your order has been shipped.

We only ship within Canada. No Other country's.

When Shipping Glass tanks Or Bongs we cannot warranty or cover them from being broken in shipping as Canada Post will not cover the damage of any glass Items. Order at own Risk or Choose shipping package insurance which will cover glass and any mishaps or situations Canada Post doesn't and also will extend coverage beyond $100.

We do not allow our customers to order products that are out of stock, we have no control over wholesale production and import times.
